This hotel offers solid value for the price! The location is convenient, with a Walmart less than 0.2 miles away, plus a Wendy’s, Chick-fil-A, Subway, Starbucks and many other food options nearby. While the surrounding area isn’t the most polished part of town, we felt comfortable during our stay. The breakfast was basic but serviceable. The room itself was spacious, with a large sink and mirror area, and the three queen beds easily accommodated our large family. Overall, a good choice for travelers looking for an affordable, functional stay.

The biggest issue is the poor customer service we received. We rented the hotel to allow us to be in Houston the day before we drove to Galveston to board our cruise ship. We rented a hotel with two queen beds, and there are four of us in the hotel. Never in all of my days have I rented a hotel -- and I travel often and rent hotels often for work and for personal travel -- with two queen beds that only provided two sets of towels. It should be obvious that more towels could be needed for a room of that size; however, when I arrived at the hotel at 12:30 a.m., which was much too late for me to trek back to the front desk to request more towels, I discovered only two sets of towels in the room. To make matters worse, when my mother called the front desk in the morning to request more towels, the front desk attendant told her to "use what she had." She was flabbergasted by this rude and inhospitable response, which should never be given to a hotel guest. She told him we needed more towels right away because we had to leave soon, and he told her she would have to "wait until after 10 a.m. when the housekeeper came to get more towels." She explained again that we had to leave soon and needed towels now; it was 8:30 a.m. when she called. After getting nowhere with the front desk attendant, she passed the telephone to me. I was very confused at this point. All I could think about was the fact that we were not getting on the cruise without taking a shower, which was the main reason we rented the hotel. We wanted to be rested and refreshed for our cruise. I took the telephone and asked the man working the front desk what the issue was. He asked me how many people were in the room. When I said there were four of us, he realized that two sets of towels would not be sufficient. I am so glad that Eureka Moment occurred for him because I was not looking forward to going back and forth over a reasonable request for more towels. I have stayed at five, four, three, and even 2.5 star star hotels throughout my lifetime, having been on a serious budget during college and law school. I have never seen a room with two queen beds with only two sets of towels. I have also never seen a hotel give guests issues when they request more towels. Anything could be the reason for needing more towels. What if we wished to take more than one shower during our stay? What if we used a towel to clean up a spill instead of to shower? On what planet is it considered polite and proper customer service to tell a guest to "use what they have" when they ask for more towels? The hotel was not free. We paid to receive a certain level of customer service. Providing guests with towels is akin to providing them with beds and bathrooms in the hotel business. This hotel owner and the manager have missed the mark, providing rude and inappropriate customer service to paying customers. Hospitality is the name of the game in the hotel industry. This whole team of staff who interface with clients need to be properly trained at this hotel. Customers need towels. Customers also deserve to be with hospitality and respect because we pay our money to stay at this hotel. The breakfast experience was also less than desirable. The hotel does not even provide water for guests who do not drink coffee and juice. People need water to be hydrated. I have never been to a hotel that did not have water at the breakfast buffet. This hotel seems to be run by an owner who is too cheap to provide acceptable accommodations and who does not value providing good customer service to the guests. The guests should not be made to feel as though the hotel is hoarding basic provisions like towels and water. DO NOT STAY HERE. THERE ARE TOO MANY OTHER HOTEL OPTIONS IN THE HOBBBY AIRPORT AREA IN PARTICULAR AND IN HOUSTON, TEXAS IN GENERAL.

We had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and we had the amenities we needed. We had the convenience of exterior doors so we could park outside our room. We were also pleasantly surprised to have a very cushy bed. The staff were extremely friendly. We would stay there again

Had a wonderful stay!! Clean and well-maintained rooms, bathrooms, and a peaceful atmosphere. The simple hot breakfast was just right to start the day. The location is perfect, close to both the airport and the city. Great staff, reasonable prices, and excellent value overall!

This is my second time of using this hotel. Peter made the process of getting a room smooth and easy. The rooms are clean and tidy. The service was top-notch. I will definitely go again if I need a hotel in this area.
