During my two-night stay, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this establishment. The accommodations were spacious and well-maintained, with a particular emphasis on cleanliness. The secure parking facility, which was fenced off, provided me with a sense of assurance regarding the safety of my vehicle. The gym was also of satisfactory quality, and the breakfast buffet was exceptional. I anticipate returning to this establishment in the future.

As soon as we walked in the hotel smelled like marijuana and old wet furniture. Then as we walked towards our room, the smell kept getting worse and the place looked like a mess. Some doors were broken, the walls were dirty, and the floor was also gross. We arrived to our room and as soon as we opened the door the smell was insane!!! I had never smelled something so disgusting. It was a long lasting whiff of wet wood, the AC circulating humid old air, marijuana, and MOLD!!! It made us so nauseous and gave us the biggest headache. The room made us question the sanitary state of the place. There was an old couch with stains, the bathroom shower head clogged up, the curtains dirty, the walls of the room stained and just overall so gross. We couldn’t stand the smell so we booked another hotel at midnight!!! we didn’t care about the price or losing our deposit because it was unbearable. Seems like a place for homeless to party and do their business lmao but not for a vacation!!! I tried requesting a refund because of the horrible experience and deceiving website pictures/description but nobody could help me and the manager never answered my emails or calls. So unprofessional, what a scam! Invest your money in a good hotel not in this terrible place!

This is the worst place I’ve ever been. So dirty, reeks like an ash tray, roaches everywhere. We landed at 2 AM after traveling from Europe and needed a place to stay before a wedding weekend. We tried to bear the room for 2 hours with the windows open to remove the stench because we were so tired but could not. The woman at the front desk was rude, nonsensical, and aggressive. She refused to give us a different room or a refund. She told us they allowed smoking in the hotel even though the hotel website says they have a no smoking policy and we booked a nonsmoking room. The manager would not respond to my calls. Worst hotel experience of my life after more than a decade of traveling all around the world. The positive reviews must be mistaken with the other Wyndham property on the street. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

Dirty, unprofessional, lazy staff, smells like cigarettes throughout the whole hotel. They charge you $60 for incidentals, like you could possibly damage a place that is already damaged. (Which they fraudulently keep by the way) The hotel elevator doesn’t work and has not worked in two years. So if you get put on the second floor, you will have to bring your luggage upstairs. Which they don’t tell you this until you ask. This place should be shut down!
