Don't trust this agency or Zillow realtors. I had a zillow realtor and the seller of this home I bought, I'll post a picture with her name. They both made about 18k off the transaction and couldn't even supply me with a front door key! They gave me a random key that didn't work. The back door was wide open and windows unlocked! I was told I couldn't go to the home until after 5pm on day of closing due to old owners still removing items, they stole the alarm system and left a piano I didn't want which will cost me money to move!! On top of that the home was pitch black and their was a vagrant in the home upstairs! I had to go to my old home to get my gun, I told them to leave or they were going to get shot. Upon return they were gone, left a burn on my bathroom counter, food scraps in the backyard and a pointy stick they probably planned on beating me with. I got zero service that would satisfy realtors spliting over 36k profit!!!! Horrible place. Realtor is posted below. Very careless. I could have gotten hurt. Upon telling them what happened they didn't care and blew me off. No gift at closing. My gift was a homeless person In my home with no way to lock it! I had to change door knobs immediately!!!! The agent was "Thaya St. Julien." She's worthless and careless!!!
