The whole idea is terrible paying 70 dollars a night an every guest I have had is either stalked to the location of my room have been intimated or harassed when attending. The room does not get proper cleaning there is bed bugs and roaches that are not being tented to make sure to have your own cleaning supplies if staying more then a couple of days . There is no breakfast or accommodation. You are watched to your room and when you leave , THERE IS NO PRIVACY AT ALL . WHY PAY IF UR NOT ABLE TO FULLY ENJOY YOUR ROOM .I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE SPENDS THERE MONEY HERE . THE FRONT DESK IS RUDE THEY ALL LIVE IN THE MOTEL . YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH DOUBLE SECURITY TO GET IN YOUR ROOM EVERY CAR THAT COMES IN IS MONITORED INCLUDING THE FACT YOUR BEING WATCHED BY THE FRONT DESK . EVERYONE LITERALLY MOVES OUT DUE TO THE CRAZY ANNOYING POLICIES THAT ARE NOT EVEN USED DAILY . YOUR NOT EVEN ABLE TO WASH CLOTHES ONLY BEING ABLE TO WATCH FOR 2 HOURS THEN YOUR NOT ALLOWED. I SAY AGAIN DO NOT SPEND THE NIGHT HERE ITS HORRIFIC

The facility is not the newest but the beds are among the most comfortable and clean I've experienced. Overall clean. The management is responsive and very kind. The smell of insecticide was uncomfortable at the beginning but once the room was aired out the air smelled quite ok. Strategic position for Rodeo nights at the stadium closeby and close to the Highway too. Plenty of services like several fast food restaurants, car rentals and gas stations at a walking distance. I have stayed here for at least six years. Don't judge a book by the cover. Rooms are clean and comfortable beds. Rooms include small fridge and microwave. Friendly staff, free gated parking. The location is perfect for NRG event. I've even walked to and from the venue several times with no issues. Plus, you can't beat the price for the quality in this area.

Dirty and foul smelling, we were worried about this place as soon as we entered. We stayed for about an hour, then could not stay any more. Even though no refunds were possible, we still left, and in fact ended our Houston trip early rather than stay there for the night. The pictures are far nicer than the place actually is, especially since it isn't all that much cheaper than many places nearby. Good location though, except for the aggressive homeless population nearby.

Worst motel I've ever stayed at. Fridge doesn't wort and no ice machine so i ordered in cold drinks. well there's no in or out traffic after a certain time. No, also not allowed to leave because they won't open the gate. Had to walk all the way from the back to meet delivery guy at the gate. Bugs. Lots of bugs. I can find a nicer place $30 cheaper.
