Apple Theory Downtown Houston

I toured Eighteen25 Downtown recently and was genuinely impressed. These beautiful skyrise-style apartments feel secure and well thought out, there’s even a designated delivery area for food and groceries, so your packages stay safe. The amenities are excellent: a modern gym, beautiful conference rooms, and a rooftop-style pool that’s perfect for relaxing. They also offer plenty of concierge services, plus a dog bath and park, which is a huge bonus for pet owners. The front desk team was kind and welcoming, and the tour was detailed and professional, a refreshing experience compared to other apartments I’ve visited. If the units were just a bit bigger (or if I could stretch my budget for a larger one), I would 100% sign a lease here. If you’re looking for secure, stylish downtown living with thoughtful perks and friendly staff, definitely give Eighteen25 Downtown a look!

I’ve lived here for 5 years and I’ve therefore renewed 4 times. In 5 years I’ve never had a single bug in my apartment and I’ve never experienced any crime. The place looks good and the concrete floor, even though it dulls quick, is nice. Very good insulation or energy efficiency—the electric bill is always low. Big picture I was always proud to show people where I lived and I lived in comfort and style. Cons: The kitchen and bathrooms are way too big, they constitute like 50% of the square footage of my model. The Downtown area seems to be struggling and so the area is not a big destination area. (Lots of restaurants and stores have closed in the past 1-1/2 years.) Luxer Locker is small for the Amazon era.

I have moved in a month ago and Tiffany and Debbie have been the most pleasant to work with. The sky lounge and pool view speaks for itself and location is prime! I feel completely comfortable in the building, and I walk to Pappas BBQ almost everyday to get food. Highly recommend if you want to be in the downtown area but not pay highrise prices. Also, maintenance Team/ Carlos is so caring, they will do whatever it takes to keep integrity of the community, and very patient and responsive. Greystar has proven to have top tier communities and management team :) First time living in downtown area so this has been a blessing of a community. Thank you Team 1825!!!!!

Just toured Eighteen25 and had an amazing experience with Carlzavier. I toured the A5, A3 units and was left feeling very confident I found a place I would be happy living at. They have great amenities, and Carlzavier was letting me know of the ways they are actively looking to include more community involvement. Happy to have toured, was able to schedule same day viewing. 100% recommend checking out. (i’m not a resident)

I’ve lived here once before and now I’m back!! I’m so excited to be a resident at Eighteen25 downtown! The management team and the maintenance team here is amazing and the property is amazing. You really really need to check this place out!!! ** Move Out Update ** I've since moved out, but I wanted to share that I had an amazing time living at Eighteen25 downtown. Again, hands down one of the best apartment complexes I've ever lived in. Great amenities, awesome maintenance team and of course, amazing management team made it all worthwhile. Thanks Eighteen25 downtown!!!
