I had a great stay here. The room was very clean and the price was extremely affordable, especially for the quality you get. Everything was maintained and comfortable. I also want to give a special shoutout to Valerie at the front desk(super pretty) she was super nice, welcoming, and very helpful during my check-out. She really made the experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this motel to anyone looking for a clean place at a good price

This place amazing!’ Virtuous bed which was an actual right king size bed rather than two singles together. Extremely high quality air conditioning unit.A genuinely pleasant bathroom with phenomenal bench tops. The staff were so friendly and treated me so well one I remember is Valeria and I loved her service she was an exceptional lady.I will for sure be coming back here because it is extremely good value for money.

There was an error by the booking company that I paid thru, they were willing to pay for our early arrival (1215p) because of their error. We were told by America's Best Value Platinum Inn that the room can't be ready until 245/3pm no matter what was said or asked by me, my husband or the booking company. I said we could take a double bed room (I booked a king). I told them (Manager and owner) we'd been driving since 9pm the night before and we were tired, hungry and ready to rest before meeting with our team that evening, the reason we were in Houston. I asked that the room be cleaned out of order, putting our room at the top of the list. Remember, the booking company was offering to pay the extra fee. We sat in the car, in the parking lot most of the time and waited, nearly 3 hours. We could see the cleaning team going from one room to another. We were given a room that had been cleaned at least an HOUR before we were allowed to check in! So the error made by the booking company, that they owned up to, could have been so easily fixed with the employees at the Inn just allowing us in the/a room. Wow! Horrible service! The room was clean, maybe remodeled recently however the smoke alarm was detached and in the drawer. The floor in the shower is rough on the feet. There was no tissue paper holder, the roll sits on the tank? There are other minor things but I'll just stop there.

Very unprofessionally managed. First, before you even get to the room they entice you to write a review at check-in, by offering a free alcoholic beverage. I declined the offer. In the room for two there was only one bath towel, one hand towel, no floor towel, 2 face cloths; no shampoo or conditioner. The phone in the room does not work, bathroom faucet loose and splashed water everywhere. There was no television remote in the room. On February 12, at before 10:15 AM while I was naked and getting ready to shower the housekeeper knocked on my door, only one time, saying, "hello" at the same time, while she was also trying to open the door simultaneously. Upon checkout, the front desk person interrogated me about missing towels which were never in the room in the first place. Also, note that if you are coming here by way of bus there is no sidewalk next to the frontage road for a long block. If you have rolling bags you will be rolling them through dirt (possibly mud) and tall grass. This actually destroyed my heavy-duty canvas rolling bag at the bottom. RESPONSE regarding owner's claims: I never said I was going to Chili's to "get hammered". Also, regarding owners claim that I only share negative reviews. This is simply untrue; I share honest feedback on Google. The owner's claim that I only write negative reviews is an example of gaslighting/corporate gaslighting: concerning behaviors exhibited by individuals within corporations to mislead others. To date, with this Google account I have shared thirty (30) 5-star reviews, thirteen (13) 4-star reviews, eighteen (18) 3-star reviews, fortynine (49) 2-star reviews, as well as eighty-four (84) 1-star reviews. Lastly, if I told the front desk employee that I was going to get hammered would it not be negligent to offer someone alcohol based on their intent to get drunk? Pros: The room was clean and the property was quiet but I would not trust these people with a cash deposit again. There was an argument with the front desk staff and guests; the guests claimed that they paid cash for the deposit while front desk employee insisted they paid with a card. I would strongly encourage all readers to stay elsewhere.

Great stay. Very close to the airport. The room was very clean, open & spacious. The shower was beautiful, big & the water pressure was great. I accidentally made a mistake when booking the room & the hotel was quick to adjust & fix it for me no issues. The receptionist was very kind. Quick responses & easy booking. Thank you for the stay!
