Very friendly and polite staff, but the hotel is outdated and has cleanliness issues. The rooms had a strong odor, so I canceled my reservation after viewing them.

I paid for my friend to stay in this motel because of a family emergency. The owners/staff were cordial at first, but when I kept coming back to pick up my friend, they started standing outside the lobby watching us while we were in the parking lot. Another friend came to pick her up, and afterwards when we were in the lobby he demanded to know who it was. He said he didn’t want people on his property. Then, when my friend went down to the lobby this morning to pay for another night, they yelled at her. Unless it’s an emergency, do not stay here unless you’re wanting to get yelled at and watched.

I had booked at Days Inn in Shenandoah through booking.com a month in advance and when the day came we went to check in around 12am. When we got there the guy working there told us they had no rooms available. And then he quit on the spot. I had no place to stay. I called around 5 hotels and all of them were booked, so I called this hotel at around 1 am and I was so shocked to hear that he had a room for 2. We were so happy. We arrived at the hotel and there the manager was waiting for us, we got our room and at an amazing price for such a late booking. The manager was so kind and professional with us. The parking was a bit full and out of a kind gesture he let us park next to his Tesla🤗.Honestly best customer service and hotel. If I could give them a 10/10 stars I would. Saved my mini vacation from being ruined and having to return home.

This is a motel. For the most part, it was quiet. The freeway was not super annoying. The room was clean. I brought Clorox wipes and wipes down the room And there was no dirt or grime from the shower, tables, sink, toilet etc. the biggest grime was on the desk seat… it was only about 3 minutes from my work destination. There is a fridge in the room but no coffee maker… it was fine because there is a Starbucks in the same lot. The staff at Starbucks were really good. I plan on staying here again in a couple of weeks …
