Super clean place and relatively quiet. Brand new property. Very well lit in the office has a big window that overlooks the parking lot and they are always watching so your vehicle's definitely safe. Anytime I come to Houston I stay at this place. It's far enough out of the city that you don't have all the headache of traffic and there are a ton of restaurants and places to shop and eat all around. Definitely worth your stay!!!

The building looks a bit sketchy but the room was decent. Motel with room door access from outside. Room lacked amenities, no extra towels provided if needed. Advertised breakfast but served no breakfast. Unfriendly service. Keep on driving.

Booked for 3 nights but after reading the reviews about the shady activities and poor cleanliness, I called to change the booking to 1 night. I asked if there were going to be extra charges for changing the reservation and was told a confident no. Days later, I get charged an extra $11 and when asked about it, suddenly I’m told it’s a necessary charge and they have “no control” over it. If so, why tell me I wouldn’t be charged extra when that wasn’t actually the case? I specifically asked about it and was misled. Unfortunately, the reviews are accurate in that cleanliness is lacking. The couch had a white powder stain on it and towels had dark spots on them. Redeeming qualities are that its location is near the freeway and the mall. It would be decent for a one-night stay and nothing more in my opinion.

I stayed at this motel for a week while visiting the area for business. At first glance, it seemed like a decent and affordable option based on the reviews — but my experience was uncomfortable and honestly, unsettling. There appears to be new management or staff, including a man at the front desk who was especially intrusive and annoying. He insisted that a cleaning service had to enter the room almost daily, claiming it was part of the stay — but it felt more like surveillance than service. It was strange how easily they entered guests’ rooms, even without proper notice or consent. I also noticed that management kept a close eye on the new Spanish cleaning staff, possibly because they recently fired an older Indian couple who used to work there. The whole atmosphere felt tense and unstable. I experienced a lot of changes just within one week. What concerned me most was the lack of respect for privacy. Management seemed to go into people’s rooms when they weren’t there, which felt like a complete invasion. The man at the front desk even tried to enter my room multiple times, not caring whether I was sleeping or undressed. If you value your personal space, comfort, and peace of mind, I would strongly recommend choosing a different place and paying a little more. This stay was beyond disappointing — it was weird and invasive, especially as someone visiting from out of state.

I have to say this is the best motel I've been to so far. And I have been ok everyone in the area. Rooms are clean, employees are super nice and I just love the couple who cleans the rooms. Clean clean cleanest in the area. Nicest as well. Thank you for your hospitality.
