Honestly I love this place I was going thru some things and I stayed here a couple of days the staff was extremely nice the cleaning staff was extremely accommodating and would ask me if I needed anything I felt cared for I would recommend this place to anyone I seen the other reviews I honestly don't know if it is under new management but big thanks to the family and group of people working there today

So let’s talk about it I’m here visiting and have to finish my hair before my plans tomorrow and the gentleman was rude already at check out. Now money isn’t a issue how ever I book a room they give me a smoking room didn’t ask if I smoke which I do not at all the sheets have burn holes in it and it smells like a sunk. I just came in the room since I bought it. Checking eaverything the bathroom is dirty and the bed looks uses. It has great reviews so I said ok let’s check it out. No I ask for new sheets the man told me no the man said it a smoking room but he didn’t mention I told him I don’t want a smoking room but u know it’s my lost so I’m going to report this for not being clean and not assisting to help. Don’t recommend

UNDER A NEW MANAGEMENT! The service was great and the room was clean. The staff were friendly and were able to extend my stay here an extra day. I really enjoyed my time here and the hotel is private with no complaints. Would stay here again.

If I could give a 0 I would! Worst customer service ever. I flew from Chicago to Texas to visit my parents and dad booked a room.. My dad paid for 1 room already, and he was willing to pay more for the extra head. But the employee was a racist, he wouldnt even let my dad pee in the room that he already paid for! We ended up not staying in the room at all. Poor poor service. Just go somewhere else!

Don't come here. The guy who runs this is a theft and doesn't care. Didn't ask if we want smoking or non smoking just gave us a room and when I came back to ask for a non smoking room her said no. Told him I'm allergic to smoke and said oh well. Would not refund me. I know have to call my credit card company to reverse this charge. Did not stay there. And he still took money. Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a place.
