Americas Best Value Inn Suites Houston Hwy 6 Westpark

The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable with clean linen on each one. We had a full kitchenette, 2 burner stove, microwave, refrigerator, lots of cabinets to store things in, and a small sink. The bathroom was clean and well taken care of. Overall the room was perfect, well priced for what all was in it, its in a good location, and the staff was friendly. This motel was only about 4 1/2 miles from I 10. There is a walmart next door, with plenty of other stores very close by. I highly recommend this motel to anyone needing a motel in that area.

My boyfriend and I live a good distance apart and on Tuesday 4/7-8/25 we booked a room through bookings half way between both homes. When my boyfriend arrived he wasn't impressed with the room and services. I sent him pictures before coming and the pictures looked good,but when he arrived not so much. Plus it was cold outside and the heater wasn't working and no microwave in the room. The night staff person gave us 2 blankets and a rusty microwave. My boyfriend had ordered Olive Garden for dinner and we both did not feel comfortable using the microwave due to rust. I know my boyfriend was extremely unhappy so after 9am I went to the front desk,and talked to management. The asst or manger apologized for the poor service. He was upset with the night staff person given us 2 blankets and a rusty microwave. He says that we should have been moved to a new room and that would have resolved the problem. His resolution to fix our unhappiness was to give us a discount on the room if we decided to stay, He apologized again. Also I left my blanket that was my deceased mother and I was able to pick it up no problem so I am so thankful. Overall I am happy with the manger trying to make it right. The room we were in 110,needs to fix AC/Heater,replace the couch in the room,some light fixtures on ceiling and replace comfortable with holes in them. I appreciate management trying to fix it. If they resolve the issues mention it is possible that we will stay again.

Definitely no issues getting in and out. Very close to food places, the highway and not as noisy.

I for one can say that I truly loved my stay here. The hotel is beautiful, fresh, and relaxing. Most noteworthy is the staff. Every single person we spoke with had the best attitude. The owner and his wife was super phenomenal and caring.Never have I experience such warm and kind service which creates such a inviting atmosphere.This location is in a quiet spot but close to everything. Definitely would recommend anyone to come and experience what home feels like away from home. I am looking forward to my next stay here when time and business permits.

Arrived at 2pm because website shows check in is at 2, (man stated it is at 3) our room was still being cleaned which was no biggie as a family members room was ready so we waited in there. As soon as house keeping was done we went into our room which had a strong cigarette smoke smell to it. I having asthma and my daughter having bad allergies knew we couldn’t sleep in there. We had to run some errands so I went to the front office really quick to let them know of the smell, man at the front desk said he’d take care of it while we were gone. We came back about 11pm as we went to visit family and the room now smelled of smoke mixed with a strong air freshener smell on top of it. It was late my toddler was asleep so we had no choice but to sleep there since we were only staying one night. My daughter was up all night having trouble breathing, luckily I had meds to help her. Needless to say we had to check out early and head back home a lot sooner than we planned because she was not feeling well. When we checked out I asked the same man to please have house keeping check the rooms better before releasing them to the next people (we had 3 rooms total and another family member had issues in their room as well) and he said I was wrong and there was no smoke smell in my room. Do better “America’s Best”, it does not matter if you have guests staying one night or five nights.. if I am not being rude and coming to you with an issue I have with my room, it is your job to FIX it not mask it. One star because it would not allow me to give it less 🤷🏽‍♀️
