The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable with clean linen on each one. We had a full kitchenette, 2 burner stove, microwave, refrigerator, lots of cabinets to store things in, and a small sink. The bathroom was clean and well taken care of. Overall the room was perfect, well priced for what all was in it, its in a good location, and the staff was friendly. This motel was only about 4 1/2 miles from I 10. There is a walmart next door, with plenty of other stores very close by. I highly recommend this motel to anyone needing a motel in that area.

My boyfriend and I live a good distance apart and on Tuesday 4/7-8/25 we booked a room through bookings half way between both homes. When my boyfriend arrived he wasn't impressed with the room and services. I sent him pictures before coming and the pictures looked good,but when he arrived not so much. Plus it was cold outside and the heater wasn't working and no microwave in the room. The night staff person gave us 2 blankets and a rusty microwave. My boyfriend had ordered Olive Garden for dinner and we both did not feel comfortable using the microwave due to rust. I know my boyfriend was extremely unhappy so after 9am I went to the front desk,and talked to management. The asst or manger apologized for the poor service. He was upset with the night staff person given us 2 blankets and a rusty microwave. He says that we should have been moved to a new room and that would have resolved the problem. His resolution to fix our unhappiness was to give us a discount on the room if we decided to stay, He apologized again. Also I left my blanket that was my deceased mother and I was able to pick it up no problem so I am so thankful. Overall I am happy with the manger trying to make it right. The room we were in 110,needs to fix AC/Heater,replace the couch in the room,some light fixtures on ceiling and replace comfortable with holes in them. I appreciate management trying to fix it. If they resolve the issues mention it is possible that we will stay again.

Here against my will because they over booked my room on the other side & it was either this or charge me extra for a double bed on the other much nicer side. What's the point of a reservation if it doesn't reserve anything? This room smells like smoke (even though I was told it was non smoking.) They tried to tell me I won't mind having a kitchenette because this room has so much more space, however, It's dirty, and things are broken, including the door. I hate it here. I want to cry. Because it's Valentine's weekend finding another spot past 8pm for my original price would be difficult. Pretty sure the microwave isn't even safe to use.

Could be a really nice hotel. Rooms have potential and are cute, looks like they are trying to renovate. One TV worked properly (other couldn’t be turned off once turned on, volume uncontrollable). Hot water in one room not the other. Some features in one room not the other. (Switched rooms because we were awakened at 6:30a by a SERIOUS domestic dispute) but turns out it was unavoidable in either room we stayed in. Bed is big and cozy. Room fairly clean, but better than I’ve seen for comparable stays. No roaches!! That was probably one of the best things about this place. If you don’t mind the occasional DV, traffic noise, and limited amenities, this place is decent. Oh, every room has a space about 1” between the door jamb. Not the worst, not the best.

DON’T COME. This hotel was a total nightmare. Staff were unhelpful and dismissive, communication about bookings, payments, and policies was a mess, and promised services didn’t exist. The whole stay was stressful and frustrating. If you value your time and sanity, stay far away.
