Not sure where all the "outdated" reviews are from, the exterior of the building needs fresh paint and some little things. But the important part, the actual room, was great. Bathroom was clean, bed was clean, fridge was clean. My only real complaint is I wish they had a bigger breakfast with sausage and eggs and stuff instead of waffles and cereal.

Disappointing Stay at Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Houston at Hwy 6 I recently stayed at the Americas Best Value Inn & Suites in Houston, and unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet expectations. While the room itself wasn’t outdated, it was clear it hadn’t been properly cleaned. The couch was old and stained, and there were marks on the walls that gave the room an overall neglected feel. To make matters worse, the TV remote had no back cover, which felt like a small but frustrating detail that wasn’t addressed. For a hotel of this caliber, cleanliness and attention to these little things should be a priority. While the hotel could be a decent option with some extra effort in maintenance and cleaning, I wouldn’t stay here again.

The Best Staff ever I have been here for over 2 months solid. Its a family owned hotel that is so clean & the best staff ever! I mean BEST EVER! I would live here forever if I could. Also nice location. Crime free. I feel so safe here they have surveillance cameras all over property!

This hotel is clean, quiet and managed by friendly helpful people. It has plenty of parking, the rooms look and smell new, have comfortable bedding, plenty of room space, offers simple but adequate breakfast. The price structure is better than bigger boys. I am a frequent traveler and repeatedly choose this hotel when in this area.

I was charged 105 dollars for an early check in at 7 am for what they claimed was their only 2 bed room they had available, walked past many available rooms on my way to the barely cleaned room I was given, there was someone's hair on the floor and in the shower. Not worth the price or customer service. Would never stay there again. If you like bad service and partially cleaned room they nailed it.
