Worst hotel I have ever visited!!! Do not waste your money here!! First came in to room noticed stains on sheet pillows and blankets. One stain was blood the other were unknown told the manager he said there are no stains he would come and look he did and try to explain it was just ketchup and the other stains wouldn't come out. There was also pubic hairs all on the bed! The coffee machine was nasty looking had some gunk in it. TV had very low quality picture DONT WASTE YOU I TIME I WARNED YOU also not allowed to give negative star rating or I would. Also free breakfast was a joke get the overwhelming feeling the management could care less about it's guest

I travel frequently for business and normally use better known hotel chains but the booking agency through my workplace selected this place and I figured I'd only be here a night so not a big deal. I normally ask for a later check out when I know I'm catching a later flight the next day. So I asked the young lady There about later checkout. Standard checkout is at 11, she said we can't really do a much later checkout but 12 is fine. So I said ok, thanks! And went about my day. Service was good at that point. I was happy with the bed and room it was clean and everything was good. The next morning I went in with a bottle to fill with juice as part the complimentary breakfast. I had food already so I wanted to take back something to drink to my room. The receptionist shouted and said I can't do that but I could use one of their small plastic cups. This seemed to go against customer service logic to me. I got sit in the room and continuously refill a small cup or just take my own bottle to the room. I mean the cost of someone actually staying at your place and repeating service must out weigh the cost of refilling some juice. I explained I was just going to take it back to my room but he protested heavily. So I emptied my bottle and went up the stairs with my small cup back to my Room. I came back later for one more refill. I was annoyed but whatever. I pretty much thought I just won't come back here again. I think they wanted to ensure I never came back because they were not finished yet. 11 o clock comes and the same person who yelled at me for trying to fill a bottle tells me I have to go. I informed him that I had asked for late checkout the day before and he said no no that couldn't be. Now I've been in the situation before of staff not relaying a room was flagged for late check out. Not a big deal, but this time he assumed I was lying for some reason.. a hour of time does not make a big difference to me... at this point I'm already dressed and mostly packed. I just wanted some extra time to work before heading to the airport. Well he says he doesn't believe me and goes to the front desk to find out who said I could checkout late. I told him it was the young lady who was working the day before. 10 or so minutes later another later comes to my room and says I'm lying and that I should have told management in the morning when I went to get the drink. She says she talked to the young lady from the day before and that's what she told me to do. I can guarantee you that, that is not what I was instructed and at this point I'm just genuinely insulted and confused as to why they think I would go through all this drama to stay until 12 instead of 11. I think instinct kicked not wanting to be called a liar, she asked if would you like to talk to the lady from yesterday. I said yes I would and instead of allowing me to do that she told me to just leave. At this point it is about 1130 and I'm as agitated as I've ever been. However I ask calmly why would I lie about this? And she just keeps repeating just leave and I say ok. This whole time I did not raise my voice I explained that I was told I could check out later. However she insisted we have experience and we know you're lying. I've never experienced anything like this. I am a 27 year old business person who tips well, is very respectful and is always friendly to those in a service role because I know how tough of a job it can be. I honestly don't know why I was treated so poorly. I'm not sure if it was a racial reason, or if they just genuinely and consistently treat customers badly. I can promise I will not come back here and will recommend that no one else/ none of my coworkers who travel to deer park stay here. In summary clean bed and room , worst service I've ever had.

NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I HAD POOP!!!! SMEARED!!!!! ON THE SIDE IF MY TOILET IN A HOTEL ROOM, I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THE MAIDS GET PAID. HORRIBLE!!!!!......i have no idea how these ppl are in business, probably because ppl don’t read the reviews before purchasing, I am a contractor that stays in many hotels around the US and this is by far the worst hotel expieriencs I have ever had, I never have towels, they don’t keep up with the matenance, the showers are cold, the refrigerators are broken, and the maids used my toilet and left feces smeared on the side of it when I came back from work with toliet paper that was also covered in feces behind the seat and on the floor which I have pictures of, IF YOU WANT DISEASES THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE.

Budget motel with expected basic amenities. Only complaint is that heat/cool is not a digital thermostat and will freeze or sweat you out.
