Blatantly Unsanitary & Unprofessional — Avoid This Hotel I stayed at Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Bush Intl Airport (18031 McKay Dr, Humble, TX 77338), Room #203. The mattress had blood and urine stains, and the bed was dirty and dingy. When we politely asked the man at the front desk to switch rooms — not even asking for a refund, just a clean bed — he refused and accused me and my fiancé of causing the stains, which is outrageous and said we can check out. These were clearly old stains, confirmed on video by the cleaning lady, who also admitted that they only change the top sheets and blankets — not the fitted zipper sheets or mattress covers, which were also filthy. I documented everything with photos, videos, my receipt, and footage of the front desk manager removing the bloody sheets and acting inappropriately at the front desk. Paying $350 for a room in this condition and then being falsely accused is beyond unacceptable. I’ve never experienced anything like this. It’s not right — period. I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to stay far away. Since video uploads aren’t supported here, I’ll be posting the full footage of the stained mattress, the staff’s behavior, and the cleaning lady’s admission on a separate platform so people can see the truth for themselves. I’ll also be reporting this hotel to the Texas Department of State Health Services for violating basic sanitation standards. No one should be subjected to what we experienced.

So nasty. Slept on top of the covers. Carpet was spotted stains. Air conditioning was dirty and dusty. The water bottles that they sold at the counter must've been sitting in the sun for ages, tasted terrible. We were put here by United airlines due to flight cancellation. Waited all night for someone to tell us that we were being pranked.

The room had hair in it on the floor, and the smoke detector was removed. Also the comforter had burn holes in it. Then, after arriving late and needing to leave early, it was not explained to me that the 24 hour shuttle service has to be scheduled, and if you don’t go at the time that they have chosen to schedule you, you will have to take an Uber. The man at the front desk was very rude and closed the communication window during our conversation, offering no assistance.. Zero out of five stars.

This is definitely a 2 star hotel. Rooms are dated but clean. Staff was very friendly and the check in process was easy. 5 minutes from. The airport.

Stayed one night before a flight, including parking for duration of trip and airport shuttle. Basic room as expected for price, worked out great for family of 4.
