If I could give 0 stars I would!! The staff was rude when asked about the breakfast that was supposed to be included as it was listed where I reserved the room. There were drug addicts wondering around the property all hours of the night on the property. There were kids stomping in the room above us until after 10 pm. This seems like an extended stay hotel and if I would have known that I would have never gotten a room there. It was horrible. Also the fridge was dirty and so was the bathroom. Housekeeping at this place isn't doing a good job either. I won't ever go back to an America Best Value Inn!

The rooms are OK the only problem I had was the lights in the bathroom didn't work when I came in but they came to replace the bulb, and the room doesn't have covers only the white sheets and the blankets they give are like a thin brown blanket so you might want to bring your own comforter. Over all it's in a good location with restaurants and stores right there. Plus they are 1 of the few places that accept the Fema rooms, but it's a pretty good room for a budget room.

I had a fantastic stay at America's Best Value Inn Motel! The rooms were spotlessly clean, which made me feel comfortable and at ease. The flexible environment allowed for a relaxed and stress-free stay, and the staff were incredibly friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Overall, a great experience that I would highly recommend to others looking for a comfortable and accommodating place to stay.

The price on Google says $70 we paid about $130. They did not tell us it was a smokers room. There were stains on the towels and bed. When we tried to go return the key as we decided not to stay there they did not want to open the door and kept pointing to their sign that said no vacancy and my husband was showing them the key and they opened it and took it and said okay that's it and walked off and did not ask why we were immediately checking out. They were so rude we didn't even try to explain we just left.
