I give this extended Stay a 10 star rating. The housekeepers, maintenance and daytime front desk associates were extremely professional and hospitable. Despite one apple that DIDN'T spoil the bunch which is the night desk clerk who was extremely rude, dry and unprofessional. I would MOST definitely recommend this establishment to friends and family. Their star rating is off the chart a 10 🌟 s for me

The rooms are clean and updates have been made to this older hotel. It’s hard to make a property this age look new but the paint is fresh, the floors are updated tile, the furniture is not worn. The staff is exceptionally friendly, helpful and kind. If you are looking for a budget hotel, I recommend it. If you want something comparable to a Doubletree or Marriott, you should go to one of them.

My family and I stayed here a week for medical hospital. Rooms were clean , beds are on the firmer side but still very comfortable. Housekeeping was very friendly and front desk as well. We will be staying here when we return.

Very clean, staff is good and friendly, close to different hospitals and food and stores! Walking distant to a lot of different things. There is a Walgreens right across the road. It is very quite here and peaceful! If you come due to reason for being at hospitals they do have a medical flat rate!

This is our go-to stay when we're in town for Texans games. It's located near downtown, medical center and walkable distance to NRG stadium. If you're looking for luxury look elsewhere, but for value this place can't be beat . We've also noticed every time we stay they have made new improvements and upgrades which means they care about their property. We'll continue to stay here when we come to town for games, go Texans!
