Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended I had a great stay at ABVI America’s Best Value Inn – Medical Center, located at 2419 Riverside Dr, Houston, USA, conveniently near the H-E-B store. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth, and I always felt comfortable and safe on the property. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained, with housekeeping doing an excellent job daily. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was simple, organized, and served in a clean area — a nice way to start the day. The location is very convenient for the Medical Center, with easy access to nearby stores and restaurants. Overall, this is a clean, comfortable, and well-managed hotel with great service. I highly recommend ABVI America’s Best Value Inn – Medical Center and would happily stay here again.

I had a pleasant stay at ABVI America’s Best Value Inn – Medical Center located at 2419 Riverside Dr, Houston. The location is very convenient, especially with the nearby H-E-B store, which makes it easy to pick up groceries or daily essentials. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff member Yakin was especially helpful and friendly during my stay. He made the check-in process smooth and was very accommodating whenever assistance was needed. Overall, it’s a convenient and budget-friendly place to stay if you are visiting the medical center area in Houston.

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! I had a truly wonderful stay at ABVI – America’s Best Value Inn, Medical Center Houston, located at 2419 Riverside Dr, Houston. From the moment I arrived until checkout, everything was excellent and beyond my expectations. The service is absolutely amazing. The staff is extremely supportive, polite, and respectful. Both the day staff and night staff deserve special appreciation — they are some of the best people I have ever met in hospitality. They are always smiling, always ready to help, and make you feel very safe and comfortable at all times. The rooms are very good, spacious, and extremely clean. Housekeeping does an outstanding job — the cleaning of the rooms is amazing, neat, fresh, and well maintained every day. The lighting and decorations inside the room are very nice and give a pleasant, relaxing feeling. The breakfast is good and well organized, with a clean breakfast area and everything managed properly. It’s a great start to the day. The location is excellent, especially for the Medical Center area. It is very convenient, calm, and well connected to nearby places. The surroundings are good, peaceful, and safe. Safety is clearly a top priority here. The property is very safe and well equipped with CCTV cameras, which gives great peace of mind. The environment feels secure at all hours, day and night. The owner is also very supportive, kind, and professional, always ensuring guests are comfortable and satisfied. This shows why the hotel is so well managed. Overall, this is a wonderful, clean, safe, and comfortable hotel with excellent service, supportive staff, great rooms, good breakfast, and a perfect location. I had a very wonderful time here! Rooms are great! Beds shower and overall clean quite smells great! Such amazing people! Management and front desk are amazing and serviced was exceptional! They are willing to help day and night putting there best for forward! The rates and prices are affordable and worth it. Safe clean and caring : )

I needed an affordable hotel close to the Texas Medical Center for several days and this one checked all my boxes. The pros are: Close✔️Quiet ✔️ Free Wifi✔️Continental Breakfast ✔️Comfortable beds ✔️Free parking in safe lot ✔️Small with easy in and out. Clean ✔️ Feels safe ✔️ The men working the front desk were all exceptionally kind. The continental breakfast was orange juice coffee tea instant oatmeal cold cereals with milk packaged muffins tangerines. 6a-9a Some minor cons were: •No coffee pot in room. There is a microwave so bring instant if you want it. They don’t leave coffee cups in the room so get one at breakfast or pack a travel mug. •There was daily shampoo and lotion but no conditioner. •there was no screen on the window of my downstairs unit #120. I was there during the day and opened the window for fresh air and had no problem with bugs of any kind. •The deadbolt on the door didnt line up with the hole in the door jamb and I called the office. He came but it still wasn’t right. I had to push the door in to get it to lock so the deadbolt handle would turn fully. The door locks without the deadbolt so it’s locked just not secured. There is no manual external safety latch on the door so make sure you get the deadbolt to turn completely for safety sake. • The beds were very comfortable but like others mentioned the bottom of the bed is metal and when you bump it with your toes it clangs loudly. Not good for others sleeping when you have to go potty at night. I’ve never seen anything like it before. I think it’s like that because most hotels have carpeting that extends up over the beds base and this one has tile floors. In carpeted rooms they run the carpet up the sides of the beds base. • Tile floors. The cleaners came daily and did a good job but tile floors always leave your feet dirty. I put a towel next to the bed’s base to wipe my feet on before getting into bed. Wear shoes, Sox or slippers otherwise • The cleaners use a strong fragrance cleaning solution that kind of bothered my sinuses a bit. It’s one reason I opened the window during the day while reading to air it out. •There is some touch up painting needed on baseboards here and there but overall the room looked good. The coverlets furniture and wall decor was nice and calming. • There is a little desk with one chair. If you are going to eat in the room with someone another chair would be nice to sit at the desk. • There was plenty of hot water and the sink had very high pressure but the shower pressure was very low. Kind of hard to ket the soap and shampoo rinsed off. I reported the issues to the desk upon checkout. Even with the small cons I would still recommend this hotel. For $88 a night every night you can’t beat the price.
