Horrible and I mean absolutely horrible service. The room had mold, and stains all over the bed. There was no water pressure so we couldn't shower regularly. We went to the front desk with the issue and he just gave us keys and told us to check a room we liked. Also, told us that has never been reported. Yet two of the rooms he gave us keys too had the same issue. Took video of this. There was nonstop traffic and noise but we dealt because you get what you pay for. House keeping kept knocking after being told we were fine. We stayed 3 days because my fiance booked and we wanted a room that accepted animals. Paid the fee and cleaned the room (video for proof along with witnesses). We reported this to staff. Left with no hard feelings because you get what you paid for, only to find out we were flagged. My fiance asked why and was told it was a noise complaint, then I called and told by sylvia or Sylvania, it wasn't a noise complaint but that our pomeranian had pooped on the sidewalk and neighbors stepped in it, (not true) I made sure of that and to be as respectful to the property as possible. I was taught never to leave anything worse than how you came upon it. I also took pictures of when I left as well. And video proof of the water/mold/ sheets. I was willing to let it go and not report this but when my fiance was not only flagged and staff was beyond combative I decided it's best to let others know of what might be the possibility when they rent from here. Also, there are drugs all throughout this place. If you have children I do not suggest it. My fiance isn't from the area and didn't realize how bad the outside hotels could be. Never had this experience or been complained on before, and ive frequented hotels due to my job. Im glad to say I won't be back and suggest anyone not to come here or deal with the nonsense. Everyone deserve better when you spend your hard working dollars.

This place is not considerate of my time or money I live all the way in NW Florida and I landed at IAH just to get to my hotel for them to declined me service stated that I “peed on the bed on my last stay”. I am a 30 year old I do not pee on my self they didn’t even offer me a room imagine traveling all day long and then the deny you don’t stay here im warning you.

They do not have FREE breakfast!! Online sites advertise their “Free Breakfast” but that was not true when staying at this hotel.
