We decided to treat ourselves to one of the Jacuzzi rooms. Upon entering, we were greeted to like 10 haphazardly placed outlets, a rickety mirror that served as the headboard for the bed, a Jacuzzi that didn't have hot water, couldn't drain the water because the drain plug was completely detached and broken, and a remote that didn't work with the TV. Staff was friendly and helpful, they helped to solve any issues we had and did move us into another Jacuzzi room. That one was better and at least had hot water and a working remote, and the headboard didn't feel as disconnected and doomed to fall as the last did. Still couldn't figure out how to drain the tub though. It did come with a blanket, though it was much too small. I'd recommend asking for another blanket or being prepared to deal with the temp you set all night. Can't say it was a comfortable experience, but at least the staff was friendly and helpful.

The couch is stained they need to move it, the showers suck the cable some of the channels are blocked.went to take a shower and there's hair on the walls

Stayed here during the Christmas holiday and the room was very dirty. It could be nice if they bothered to clean. My toilet was dirty and so was every single wall in the room. If they scrubbed the walls and actually hired people that knew how to clean, this hotel could be a decent place to stay, luckily I had a can of Lysol wipes with me and I was able to wipe all surfaces in the room down including the toilet. Unfortunately I'm never staying here again.

Look. You get what you pay for. Booked a non-smoking room 2 months ago. Showed up and they only had smoking left. Bathroom door wouldn't close till I fixed it. Fridge door completely broke. Fixtures rusted. Stains on the walls. Half the outlets didn't work. Luckily I always bring a surge protector. But didn't see any bugs so that's a plus. Again you get what you pay for sometimes. Stayed at a similarplace on the southside 6 months ago and had no issues other than renovations which I'm always ok with. At least they were trying to fix things. If we were only staying 1 night then we would have gone somewhere else but we were staying 2 and had a budget. Oh well.

Bed had a tough spring mattress. Stains on floor like it didnt get mopped properly. Towels had stains and hair. Used toilet paper roll was not trhown away. It was cheap though $85 a night for a single bed
