The room was fair enough. Thermostat on AC could not be adjusted but that’s just an observation not a complaint. Let’s talk about service. When checking in I asked if a room downstairs was available. The clerk pretended to refer to a list quickly before replying with no sir. It seemed odd and I tried to dismiss it. I woke up at 2am to use bathroom and was still thinking about it. Off I went. Walked the entire property at 2 in the morning and stared thru the open curtain and into a dark but empty room FOUR different times. If downstairs is not available that’s one thing but to lie about it? Shameless

Rooms are clean and has full size refrigerator. They have the cheapest Weekly rates in the Area. Nick is the manager he’s very great! Best rates available

I stayed at America’s Best Value Inn by Sonesta and had a smooth, comfortable experience. The room was clean, check-in was easy, and the staff was friendly. Great price for the convenience and location.
