I couldn't have been more happy with my stay at Aloft in Downtown Houston. I felt so at home with the friendly staff who greeted kindly me every time they saw me in the lobby during my stay. Deanna, specifically made sure my check in was smooth and seamless. She made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The rooms were so spacious, clean, and the beds were extra comfortable. I haven't slept this good at a hotel in a while. The rooftop bar and pool area had amazing views of the city. This hotel gets 5 stars across the board. I will definitely be back!

Im having a wonderful stay at the Aloft Hotel Downtown! The property was modern, clean, and very comfortable — a perfect balance of style and convenience. A special thank-you to Deanna at the front desk. She was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful from the moment I checked in. Her professionalism and genuine kindness set the tone for a great experience. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond with such sincerity, and she truly made me feel valued as a guest. Highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers — I’ll definitely be returning!

I stayed at this hotel for only one night while needing to run an errand right across the street. Special shoutout to the asst. GM Ms. Latoyia Layne on being so courteous and made my whole stay so easy. From checking in, and when she graciously let me check out a bit late. I needed to print a document and was not able to use the printer. She tried her best to assist me with the printer that just wouldn’t start. This while also attending the desk, run payments, taking calls etc. I was able to get my document printed and my affair done. My experience was pleasant and everyone who was working there inc. valet guys was very nice and professional. I would stay here again when visiting Houston again. Thank you!

I stayed for 4 nights at the Aloft, 1/13 through 1/17. 1st was my room was very dark with no overhead lighting. My window had a brick wall 2 feet away with no light. 4 days straight I had ZERO hot water, ice cold, even after reporting it on the first morning. Breakfast wasn't good at all with a small room for seating, didn't even have it available during the hours posted. The pool is very small on the roof and wasn't heated. The escalator never worked to the 2nd floor my entire stay. I would find anywhere else to stay besides Aloft in downtown Houston!!!!!!!!!!!

Reception was kind and welcoming. The rooms were clean well equipped. I didn't have a microwave but I didn't need it either perhaps there's one somewhere I could have used if I needed to. There's a gym on the 10th floor, a rooftop pool and a bar. The pool isn't that big but the rooftop is well worth it. It's beautiful up there.
