I want to give a HUGE shout out to Angel, the young lady with Angel the day I came trying to escape the hotel I was currently staying at (forgot your name), Morgan, Leonard, and the super cool NEW dude with the platinum hair (forgot your name)! The red carpet was rolled out for me during my stay. The phenomenal customer service, amazing hospitality, clean and cozy room, jaw dropping accommodations, and all the LOVE they showed me during my birthday staycation is unmatched! I was treated like Michelle Obama and that’s not over exaggerating. I highly recommend staying at Aloft and indulging in a fun staycation. The vibe is right, there are plenty of eating spots in the vicinity, and like me, you’ll get tons of work done. I will be back! Thank you Aloft team for blessing me beyond measure, my birthday was amazing and memorable. I truly love y’all!!!

We absolutely LOVE Aloft hotels. Everywhere we go, we try to stay in one. They always have an awesome lobby to hang out in, a great bar, wonderful people, and a pool table! And it's never crowded, it always feels like we have the place to ourselves. Highly recommend!

Had a pleasant stay here. The hotel feels refreshed and well kept, and the room was clean and comfortable. Everyone I interacted with was kind and professional, with a special thanks to Morgan at the front desk for the great service.

Location is going through a remodel so be cautious. My room is remodeled, I get pooled water on the floor of my bathroom and around the toilet because the shower door was installed wrong and it doesn’t close. The AC in the room can be cranked up to high and the temp lowered and it might get cooler during the night when the temps decrease naturally. Lighting in the room is nearly non existent. Strange smells from the vents in the middle of the night, plus the best thing ever after a very long hot day is to come back after they’ve worked on the water system and find out there is no hot water that comes out of the shower when it was working perfectly fine the night before. Whoever is the GM or was the brainchild of this remodel should probably rethink their position within the hotel. About the best thing I’ll give this location is the people who work in the lobby are great people. Overall the building looks nice, parking isn’t bad, and its clean. My room dysfunctional….

Nice area, nice workers! But the communication is off big time! Room was very hot and no towels in the bathroom. My room wasn't ready upon my arrival time. I was told I would not be charged for parking due to the delay of my room not being ready after me checking in after 4pm. Not only was I charged for parking. But my card was charged for two parking, 2 charges for the room... Absolutely unacceptable
