Karla who Í previously spoke to 10 minutes before arriving to location was extremely helpful with a big smile on her face. Such a welcome. We were tired, hungry and to say the least inpatient but she was calm collected and detailed on everything we needed. A beautiful park but a great asset that should be worth mentioning. To bad we are passing by, a beautiful park and amenities. Will be back.

It was fine but wouldn't be my choice to stay here again. Staff here were super friendly from check in to just asking for help around the place. But spaces are super tight and just dont feel cozy or nice. I liked the pictures with sites that had trees, but the pull through site i was in did not. Sewer hole was also not very secure. My window was a couple feet away from the RV next to me, especially when they have slides on both sides. It felt very tight and sometimes a little unsafe - had a couple staying behind me yelling at each other at night. But ultimately nothing happened. Near food and gas.

I had a really disappointing experience with the corporate management at Allstar RV Resort. To be clear, the front office staff were kind and helpful throughout this process, and I have no complaints about them. This issue is entirely with corporate decision-making. I was quoted a monthly rate of $395 over the phone, and based on that, I moved forward and paid a deposit to secure a spot. Only after paying was I told that the rate I was given was “incorrect,” and that they would not honor it. Instead, I was offered either a refund or a much higher rate — $600 for one month, then $690 moving forward. This isn’t just a minor misunderstanding — it’s a situation where a customer relied on a quoted price, paid money based on that quote, and then had the terms changed afterward. Even more frustrating, I was told that the rate could be adjusted, but they simply chose not to. Mistakes happen, but how a company handles those mistakes matters. In this case, corporate chose not to take accountability or offer a fair resolution that reflected the original agreement. If you’re considering staying here, I would strongly recommend getting everything in writing before paying anything, because verbal quotes may not be honored.

This is a great place to stay, my neighbors are quiet and the kids can play. Justin helps multiple neighbors with ease. We love staying here. Easy access to the highway and shopping is close by.

I'm full-time in the road working remotely and stayed here a couple months during the winter. Definitely a great vibe although the sites a fairly tight but it's noticeable that they're trying. What made my whole experience was Karla, she's absolutely incredible and waw always there for anything needed, the company should be grateful to have her.
