⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My stay at the AC Hotel was absolutely unforgettable. I stayed one night for a very special moment—a girlfriend proposal—and the experience exceeded every expectation. Austin at the front desk was AMAZING. From the moment we arrived, he was kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. He was so accommodating and genuinely excited for us, which made the experience feel even more special and personal. Maria from housekeeping was also wonderful—so sweet, professional, and thoughtful. Her attention to detail did not go unnoticed and truly added to the comfort of our stay. Because of the incredible staff and the care they showed, this hotel will always hold a special place in my heart. Thank you for helping make such an important moment so perfect. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would love to stay again.

Stayed here for a work trip and it was really convenient. Check-in was smooth, staff was professional and friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable — perfect for catching up on emails or relaxing after meetings. Location is great, close to restaurants and easy to get around the city. The Wi-Fi was reliable, which made getting work done hassle-free. Overall, a solid spot for business travelers who want a stress-free stay in Miami. Would definitely book again next time I’m in town.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and central to many places downtown. What truly set my experience apart was the incredible service at the front desk. Austin, Chris, and Jonathan went above and beyond to make me feel welcome from the moment I arrived and throughout my stay. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality made a significant difference while staying here. I highly recommend staying here for business or leisure!

A very special shout out to Jayden in valet. This young man was kind, respectful, helpful and is going to go far in life! He was quick to help my husband when we were unloading our truck, found us a cart and helped us figure out the valet stuff on our phone. Later that evening I was waiting for an uber to take me to a work event and Jayden made sure I wasn’t standing out there alone, he told me where the ubers usually go and made sure I was safe. In this day and age I can appreciate a gentleman looking out in such a genuine way. Our stay was great, reception was quick and our room was clean and fit our needs! overall 10/10!

Arrived late for a work event and have never had such pleasant customer service, especially after midnight. Valet from front desk check in was a breeze, the room is clean and spacious, and the location is great. Edit: Today we ran an event with the team on site, and everything was so prepared and the staff was really helpful! Thank you 🙏🏼
