These guys are hands down the best folks if you need a survey done. We needed a survey asap being the old one wasn’t good. I contacted Waterloo and the team was on it and literally set it up for us in 2 days! WE also received the new survey via pdf in 2 days. I would give them 10 stars!!⭐️

We had a great experience with Waterloo surveyors! They are quick to respond, and you actually get to speak with someone which is a huge win for me. They were able to complete our survey quickly and have been super responsive on all emails and answering any questions we have had. We recently used Waterloo Surveyors for a survey on a property for a purchase and they did a great job. We really appreciated the good communication from Mr Sullivan regarding delays. Due to the hurricane they were not able to expedite my survey and they gladly returned my expedite payment. Their prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend Waterloo Surveyors.

Great Experience! Provided requirements gathering via phone communication to avoid confusion. Provided email communication along the process. Surveyor was diligent. Survey document was reviewed and updated were necessary. I would definitely use Waterloo again.

We had a great experience working with Waterloo Surveyors. I work for a title company and work with a ton of surveyors and I'm impressed by Waterloo's quick responses and thorough work. We received the survey back in a timely manner and the staff is super friendly. I would definitely recommend using them for your survey needs. I requested multiple survey quotes and Waterloo was the only surveyors who met me with a timely response which is crucial when you are trying to close a property on a deadline. 10/10
