We worked with Steve and his team to close on a house in the Woodlands in record time! Even with holidays throughout the process, they were able to get everything done with time to spare. He and his team were incredibly transparent and communicative, which is something we greatly appreciate since we don’t buy houses very often (like most people!). We never felt that we were bothering Steve with questions as they were always well received, regardless the form or time of day. He never made us feel like we were asking dumb questions and was always very, very respectful and professional. If/when we buy another house in the area, we will absolutely be working with Steve again.
