Mortgage Solutions Financial was great! They ensured we were well informed through the whole process of our mortgage approval and followed up with us before and after signing/closing on our new home! Would not recommend this company. I bought my house, thought I was getting a great deal. I fault myself for getting the type of contract. However, when it was time to refinance I got text “Time to Refi!” I was excited but guess what? It never happened and me and my family are feeling it because my mortgage increased and it going to increase again. She basically ghosted me didn’t answer or returned my calls. I texted her (left me on “read”). Oh I have receipts of the text message thread. This went on for a month and a half. Finally got a call it was brief explaining how refi works and again was ghosted. Apparently she had a hardship but didn’t put anyone on my account to complete the refi. Still not answering my text or calls. I tried to go with another bank then they got push back from MSF stating they cannot transfer the escrow to another bank. Which is not true b/c I called around to verify. My realtor finally got in touch with her by this time it’s too late. She was fixated on me saying I didn’t know about the contract, which I acknowledge it was binding. BUT she was trying to deflect from admitting she mishandled my refi. This has affected my family and my well being because of the increase of my mortgage. My experience has not been great.
