I would like to take a moment to provide a five-star review for Terra Residential Properties and share my positive experience with the company and everyone I interacted with. Although I was ultimately unable to move into the beautiful property, I had originally placed a deposit on, the team’s professionalism and kindness truly stood out. When the pet screening process for my ESA animals took longer than expected, Terra Residential Properties graciously offered not to charge me a pet deposit or pet rent. Unfortunately, a health event prevented me from moving in on the requested date. Despite these circumstances, the team remained extremely professional and were a delight to work with throughout the process. I highly recommend Terra Residential Properties to anyone looking to rent a home. Their property manager, Khruma, was especially wonderful to work with and provided exceptional support. Repairs to the home can be stressful and frustrating, but sometimes they’re absolutely necessary. After a series of back-to-back lightning strikes, the power in my home began blinking on and off until several rooms lost electricity completely, and the garage door stopped functioning properly. Closing the door became quite a challenge — especially at 70! A work order was quickly created, and a few days later Sean arrived to assess the problem. He was knowledgeable, patient, and thorough, explaining each step in a way that made everything easy to understand. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with the process. Once the repair was approved, Sean returned and completed the work promptly and professionally. Not only did he restore the lighting throughout my home, but he also installed a brand new garage door opening system complete with a new remote. Everything now works perfectly, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. I truly appreciate Sean’s professionalism, Tina’s efficiency, and the entire team’s prompt attention in getting everything back up and running. Very poor communication with tenants. Even with life threatening maintenance issues (massive fallen branch was hanging over property for months post-Beryl) and security deposit refunds, getting these guys to answer any message or inquiry is like pulling teeth. *Edit - I've added another star because they gave me a fair refund of my security deposit, which I was not expecting. I had to initiate the conversation about the refund to begin with, but fair is fair.

My experience with the staff at Terra Residential has been top tier since I became a tenant almost two years ago. Maintenance issues have been few and far between, and response time to my calls and messages is usually within the same day, if not within the same hour. I fully intend to renew my lease later, as I am rather happy with my home. Keep up the great work, folks!
