Absolutely horrendous experience with this company. Require upfront payment, only for them to flounder for 2 weeks. We were forced to extend our closing twice because of their broken promises. The deadline they agreed on came and they just fired off an email with a document that didn't even apply to us just so they could say "we're currently working on the rest". Several requests for them to contact us via voicemail and email went unanswered. DO NOT GIVE THESE fraudsters your money. Carolyne Massey and Danielle Noah are 100% incompetent. They told us 1-2 more business days via email on Saturday. Called Monday just to confirm, and they stated yes 1-2 business days, so expect it by Friday. Lol they just added 3 extra days out of thin air. Do your self a favor and save yourself grief and headaches and stay far away from these people.

The survey is the reason why we had to extend our closing a couple times. They Forgot to measure something and didn’t realize it until a week later and then had to go back out. It was originally ordered December 21. It was due Sooner but when called on January 5, we were told that it wouldn’t be complete until January 8. The final closing date was set for January 12. The survey was just now in review January 15. Typically surveys are completed within a few days, not a few weeks

I was recommended to this company by a family friend and I cannot say enough how happy I was with the knowledgeable and helpful staff. I read other reviews beforehand, and can happily say how incorrect they are. This is the company to go with!! I plan to refer them to friends and throughout my business and connections.

Terrible experience with this company. They were supposed to have the survey done 1/8 for us to close on our house 1/12. We had to delay closing to 1/14 because they didn't complete the survey by the deadline. They've delayed the deadline again about 5 times, and they just told me again that they need to go back out there. We've already signed at this point.

Had a great experience, delivered a high quality survey product within the timeframe promised with little room to spare on our end for closing. Great correspondence, will be using them again
