I must thank Cyrel for her exceptional assistance and service. My husband and I are first time homeowners. Last year, were on a payment plan for HOA fees and were unaware that we needed to submit a new request for this year. I was feeling overwhelmed, because my husband and I prioritize making our mortgage and HOA payments on time. When Cyrel informed me that we were accruing late fees in-spite-of making HOA payments in January and February 2026, I was flabbergasted. Cyrel listened to me and was empathic to my issue. Cyrel educated me on the HOA protocol while exuding understanding, patience, and kindness; she went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me. Despite of not being able to resolve my conflict at that time, she diligently reached out the next day delivering great news. I am so appreciative of Cyrel's work ethic and kindness. Cyrel is definitely a true asset to your company, and a blessing to all those she encounters. Thanks again!

Loren was extremely helpful and professional when I called regarding my account. She took the time to thoroughly review both of my properties, clearly explained the situation, and walked me through the necessary steps to resolve the issue. Even though the matter was stressful, Loren remained patient, courteous, and understanding throughout the entire conversation. She provided clear guidance on what I needed to do and made sure I understood the process moving forward. I truly appreciate her responsiveness and professionalism. Excellent customer service like hers makes a difficult situation much easier to handle.

Nicole P. Was very knowledgeable and was able to help me with my accounts. She was very welcoming and concerned and did not get upset with me because I told her I dont do the internet. I was frustrated when I saw the letters from SBB regarding the annual HOA assessments and the late fees. but, Resyiel Espelita was absolutely fantastic. She didn't just answered all my questions; she resolved all issues including my portal login. She was patient, knowledgeable, walked me through the solution even though it took long time. I highly recommend SBB service!

I had a great experience working with Ma Nicole Polana at our HOA. She was professional, patient, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. She listened carefully, explained things clearly, and actually followed through—which is rare and very appreciated. What could’ve been a frustrating HOA issue was handled smoothly thanks to her positive attitude and efficiency. Customer service like this makes a real difference. Highly recommend!
