Rockwell Management

My review is for 12605 East Fwy managed my Rockwell. The parking makes ZERO sense. All the handicap parking spots are far from the elevator entrance and a walking distance from the nearest entrance. Today 80% of the handicap spots were blocked with dumpsters. The same 2 vehicles are parked in the ONLY TWO parking spots near the elevators. We take our son with autism to his therapy at this building since that is where his therapist are. Many of the kids who come also come for physical therapy. Why they decided to put all the handicap spots AWAY from the elevators are beyond me. But of course the building manager gets a spot right next to the entrance near the elevators. The “reserved” parking spots, also near the elevators are almost never full. There’s always the same people smoking at the other entrance, that we have to use. There are way too many kids and toddlers coming in and out to have people huddled by the entrance/ exit smoking their cigarettes with no regards to the kids, and other non-smoking adults. The reserved parking and the handicap parking spots NEED to be switched. There’s no reason to have anyone who need accessibility to an elevator be as far away from the elevators as possible. It’s ridiculous. I added pictures of where most of the handicap spots are and the walk people that need accessibility will have to walk. But the manager gets a parking spot right next to the elevator entrance. Just looking at the directory, more than kids on the spectrum will need more accessible spaces, people going to the chiropractor or the doctor need it as well.

Love Rockwell! They have great management. They are responsive to our requests (lights, heat, AC...). Blas is the head engineer and helps keep the building running smoothly!

I'm new to renting space for my private practice but must say the building maintenance and management team have been amazing. I was forced to find my own space in a short period of time and they immediately accommodated me. I moved to a larger office and they moved my things for me. Things I wish I could change is the locking of the women restrooms on the weekends and after hours. My clients are primarily seen after hours and every Saturday and Sunday but I have to provide my own AC to keep my clients comfortable and open the gate for each client on Sundays. In fairness these things were explained to me before securing the space.

This review is based on my experience with Rockwell Management at the 4600 Highway 6 North location. Overall, they have done a very good job maintaining the property—everything is kept clean, and the team is always available when you need assistance. One improvement I appreciate is the new online system for rent payments. We used to mail a check every month, but now with the autopay option, the process is much easier and more convenient. Since moving to Suite 320, we haven’t had any major issues with the property. The only areas that could use more attention are the A/C and the elevator, which occasionally stop working. This is our second office location since we started our company in 2017, and so far, this building has been a great fit for us. AB CPA TAX & ADVISORY, PLLC

I really like the location of Rockwell office building. The inside is also beautiful, I really like the smell when I get in the building as well as the in the elevators. The staff in the management office are very professional, courteous, friendly and very helpful. The cleaning people, the maintenance and security guard are very helpful all around. I enjoy having my office in the building. I try to refer people. Although, she didn't say I am the one referred the lady across from my office. Thank you all for all you do.
