Arianna made the whole process to rent the adorable apartment at Residences at Piney Shores very simple. She guided me all the way through. Not only that, it was super fast! She accommodated my moving date needs. I was super happy when she simply said “yes, you can move in 2 days; we will have the apartment ready for you” Just like that! So far, I love living at Residencies at Piney Shores. This place is so beautiful and peaceful, I seriously feel like I’m on vacation every single day :)

I made the best decision coming to Green Residential a year ago. The application process was very easy didn't take long at,all they treated me and my family like family!! I love ❤️ the rental property that I'm in , we decided to Renew our least another year. Thank you so Jeremiah Johnson you are awesome 👌

I couldn’t be happier with my property management team. Tiffany is incredibly responsive, and Michael, the owner, truly runs a professional and reliable operation. Communication has always been fast and clear, which gives me so much peace of mind. A special shoutout to my property manager and real estate agent, Jeremiah Johnson, MBA. He went above and beyond in every way. He was patient, cooperative, and proactive, and even took care of my house during a snowstorm before it was rented. That level of dedication is rare. You really can’t ask for more than that. I’ll definitely be sending him a small thank-you gift once the house is rented. I highly recommend this company to anyone, especially if you are out of town or managing multiple properties. Having a trustworthy property management team makes all the difference.
