I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this survey company. I was quoted a price that included the elevation certificate, and I paid the full amount upfront with the understanding that everything discussed was covered. However, after the service was completed, I was told that I would have to pay additional money to receive the elevation certificate that was already included in my original quote. This felt very misleading and unprofessional. As a customer, I trusted the quote provided and paid in full to avoid exactly this type of situation. Being asked to pay extra afterward for something that was already agreed upon is unacceptable. Communication throughout the process was also frustrating, and I did not feel that my concerns were handled appropriately. Transparency and honesty are extremely important in business, and unfortunately, this experience did not reflect that. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this company get everything in writing and confirm all included services beforehand. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services.

I recently hired them for a property boundary survey. From the consultation to the final report, Stacie was responsive and knowledgeable. The survey was detailed and delivered fast. I especially appreciated how she took the time to answer my questions.

I have NEVER in my life experienced the level of audacity that this “Survey company” has displayed. Firstly, they charge me for a survey and an evolution certificate then they tried to charge me again for the certificate.I’m sorry. Didn’t I just pay for the certification? Why am I being charged AGAIN? Is this a subscription to nonsense? A monthly membership to being scammed? So, if a this company asks you to pay for a survey, a certificate, and then tries to charge you again RUN.

Very disappointed with this company. I was quoted a price that included the elevation certificate and paid in full upfront. After completing the survey, they refused to provide the elevation certificate unless I paid additional fees. This was never disclosed beforehand and feels extremely misleading. If the elevation certificate was included in the original quote, customers should not be asked to pay extra later. This experience showed a lack of transparency and professionalism. I would not recommend this company.
