ETA: They replied saying they had to ask again for our forwarding address- LOL wrong! I have screenshot proof of my sister asking about the refund in the beginning of the month, then ANOTHER text to Brittany asking about an update. Not once did we get asked about a forwarding address for security deposit refund! We were given a used fridge when they had to replace the one that broke; and the guy who put it in didnt even turn it on correctly! We were always met with attitude and I rightfully gave it back! The wall in the master bedroom has a huge foundation crack, that they painted over, and they have rented out the house when it should be deemd unsafe! HORRIBLE!!! Do not recommend these people! They do not care to fix anything properly, Brittney is incredibly rude, and they held our security deposit for over 30 days. The house we moved out of had so much wrong with it, and instead of fixing it they did nothing and rented it out within 2 weeks! They would have even less stars had they not given themselves 5 star reviews in the beginning!

This company is a money hungry company they must forget not everyone was born into money not everyone was born been fed with a silver spoon (Brittany/Aaron) think they can talk to ppl so rude we are already going through hard times and they will speak to you so rude make you feel even lower about yourself they have no human consideration they have complaints with the B.B.B. as well this company or atleast these individuals shouldn't deserve to work in there positions

Aaron and Brittney were always so responsive and helpful in managing my property in Houston. I wish I could get them to manage other properties. Highly recommended!

Not professional at all think they can talk to tenants how they want to won't work with the tenant even when the landlord says to work with the tenant they won't they must forget that they work for the landlord they just want to collect there late fees cause they pocket those fees as well there not suppose to accept cash late fees but they did wonder why yes cause like I said they pocket those fees

Where do i start with this company or should I say dealing with Brittany and Aaron there so rude not considerate that we are trying our best to make life ends with today's economy my husband got sick in month of December and we got behind then the holidays we bearly made a small Xmas for our kids and we still manage to come up with the rent money but they didn't want to accept it even when the landlord said to work with us they didn't they say they have the best intentions for the the landlord but they don't so here we go to court with them and I can't wait we will have our lawyer and will see what the judge haves to say about this
