Patty was an amazing rep who took her time and helped me! Kudos! However, I called a few minutes before my call with Patty, and that rep hung up on me. I was trying to ask questions and she kept talking over me. I had the questions, and I wanted specific answers to my actual questions, not the paragraphs upon paragraphs the first rep kept saying. So Patty deserves a raise! And I'm disgusted with the non- customer service and unprofessionalism from the previous rep before Patty. I wish I had asked her name. When she started the call, she never gave her name. I think reps should offer their names before hanging up on you.
