Started ok for about 6 months BUT after that, absolutely horrible. Following the next two years, rent money was delayed consistently and no reply to any communication attempts. I cancelled the contract and switched to a different property manager.

Cyndie and her team provide excellent customer service and are very knowledgeable within the Real Estate Industry. I have worked with Peek Realty on both business and personal levels. They recently assisted my Husband and I with the purchase of our new beautiful home. They made the whole home buying experience a very pleasant one for us. I have to say that the compassion that Cyndie has for her customer's is well above and beyond. She's truly passionate about her business and always goes out of her way to make sure that all the needs of their/our customers are met. I would highly recommend Peek Realty for any real estate or property management needs.

Cyndie was extremely helpful when helping me find the perfect condo to fit my needs. Her willingness to understand my desires combined with genuine compassion instantly gave me the feeling that I could trust that she had my best interests in mind, whether I leased through her or not. She's always a phone call away when I need something and handles matters in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Peek Realty and will be using them again when the time comes.

My condo got flooded and Cyndie helped me to find contractors to fix it and deal with condo's management issues. Also, she helped me to sell it in reasonable time frame and acceptable price range. If somebody wants to sell a condo at Mosaic, I will definitely recommend Cyndie and Peek Realty for representation.
