We used David for two transacations and both went so smoothly! First, we listed our house with him using his flat-fee listing deal. Even though we were saving so much money, the service was definitely not compromised! Honestly, we got better service from David than our friends who used a regular realtor. The photos for the sell of our house came out so nicely and really showcased the property well. Our house was sold after just a few days on the market. Other properties in our area were sitting for weeks. We wanted to sell and then buy a new house and we used David for our new purchase as well. He has an awesome rebate program where he shares part of his commission with you. Such a win-win deal! David always responded to texts, emails, and phone calls promptly no matter the time of day. He was always able to provide great advice throughout both the sell and purchase of our new home. Both transactions went so smoothly and we were able to close both houses on the same day! David was a fantastic agent through the entire process! He was always available and offered great guidance and advice. The online listing for my house looked amazing. David took a lot of time to make sure everything was perfect on the listing. The property pictures were extremely professional. With David's help, we got multiple offers right away. Even though David is a flat fee realtor, I never felt like I was receiving anything other than top shelf service. David is responsive, attentive, knowledgeable and great to work with. I feel like his efforts made the sale of my home go through so quickly. We listed on a Thursday and had a contract on Monday. HIs photography and 360 views of our home really made it pop on the MLS and his guidance through negotiation was invaluable. I would recommend David to any buyer or seller in Houston. I received more attention and help from David on this sale than I have received from full commission brokers in previous sales.

David was an amazing agent. Helped us with the entire process so we didn't have to deal with it blindly. He was professional, reliable, and always available when we had questions or concerns. The pictures he took of our home showed our house beautifully on-line which brought traffic to our house quickly. We sold within a month of being on the market.
