Terrible experience!! I will not use them again. 1. The woman on the phone is very RUDE and demeaning. 2. They asked for the same document multiple times. 3. They failed to spot a very important item (debt) on a form that was sent to them 3x, starting from the beginning of the transaction. When asked why it was becoming an issue a week before closing and not mentioned prior, the woman's answer was "debt is debt". 4. They required an upfront fee to service and then requested more money because "it is going to be a little bit more than we thought." 5. They also "failed to spot" missed payments but still continued with pre-approving me, allowing me to place an offer down, and then eventually having to cancel the contract due to being unable to qualify. Something I could have been told from the start. 6. Last but CERTAINLY NOT LEAST, they are impossible to get ahold of. No one ever knows anything, how long, when, or what time. They will LITERALLY go over a week without returning your calls, texts, and emails and then come up with fake excuses as to why they couldn't answer for a week. Good luck to their future clients.

Laith and his team helped me through the whole process. Im kind of traditional,so, I do better with face to face and Laith took the time to meet with me and answer all my questions. His knowledge was a priceless tool in this experience. Would recomend to anyone.
