I am so thankful for this team! This is the second property I have had professionally photographed and virtually staged by Hometrack, and I truly can’t stop ranting and raving about them! From the initial customer service rep (Nykia) with friendly and timely communication over a major holiday, to the attentive photographer (Trevor), and then the incredibly skilled virtual stager (Ryan) - I cannot sing their praises enough. This is an investment, but SO worthwhile to get your home sold or rented for top dollar quickly. Customers buy homes from photographs, and will revisit them over and over again through their decision making process. Do it! And only with Hometrack. Money well spent!

The first focused on still photography—capturing stunning interior and exterior shots, and even using a drone for impressive aerial images. His attention to detail was outstanding, and he didn’t miss a single angle. The second photographer was responsible for the Matterport 3D tour. She truly went above and beyond, including areas like the attic and basement that are typically left out. I asked, and she delivered without hesitation. The final virtual tour was exactly what I had envisioned—clean, comprehensive, and beautifully executed.
