Greenleaf Land Surveys

I did not hire this survey company, my neighbor did. I have had my land surveyed many times in 40yrs. This survey company did not even locate the IR(iron rod), even after I notified the young surveyor where it was located. Because of this incompetence I have had to get my survey company involved, there will be legal expenses, and you have falsely given my neighbor hopes of picking up 1ft of our land. This has caused many problems. I am in the construction industry(Beyer Services). And with this review that can be rectified I expect a reply from the/an owner to make this right. Thank You.

I am so disappointed. I have worked with this company for a few things I needed for my new build. I was excited to work with a company that is reliable. But recently I cannot get a hold of anybody. I am told they would give me a call back and nothing. I have emailed JoAnn and NEVER heard back. I was told she was working from home, that's fine, so am I, but I return my clients emails and calls. COMMUNICATION is extremely important when working with clients, specially when they are paying you for a service. The proposal they sent stated it would be 4-5 days. If they were to just COMMUNICATE and say they were running behind or explain what is going on everything would be fine. They were quick to send me the proposal but not to return my emails.
