I can only speak from my own experience, and I want to be completely transparent. If you are an HOA considering hiring this company, I strongly advise against it. My property manager has completely ghosted me despite repeated, polite requests for an update on a ceiling repair. This repair is necessary because of damage caused by workers they sent. I have been nothing but respectful and courteous in my communications with both Anthony Gaines and his assistant, Jada. The lack of response and accountability has been incredibly disappointing. The way this situation has been handled is unacceptable, unkind, and unprofessional.

We submitted an HOA application on behalf of a solar customer and, due to recent changes with residential tax credits set to expire on 12/31, requested an expedited review. Brytnie Galeas did an excellent job helping move this through quickly. Both our team and the homeowner truly appreciate her responsiveness and support during a time-sensitive process.
