I am a member of a community that is managed by Graham Management. There has been a change in ownership as well as community managers over the years. I must say with these operational and managerial changes, their services are still subpar. Both previous and current community managers (Andjela and Raven) have ignored emails from property owners and have significantly delayed responses to inquiries. Both seem to not care about anything, especially if you reside in a community that does not have over a million dollar annual budget. Maybe if my skin tone was lighter and lived in an exclusive community, then I would get acknowledgement of my emails. Also, it appears that the community managers may have too many communities to manage and cannot handle the infux of requests, work orders, bid solicitation, etc. If this is the case, then Graham Management needs to consider hiring more personnel to meet customers' needs. Also, please take into consideration customer service training for your employees. Instead of addressing landscaping issue, Graham Management added more rocks around my home.

Lindsey was very helpful with a delinquent payment of our HOA of which we have been seeking clarification of whether our check was received. She took her time to explain the proper form regarding fee waiver and how to proceed. We are thankful that we reached Lindsey and for the polite and professional response she offered.

Brytnie Galeas was outstanding to work with throughout our residential pool application and approval process. She handled everything with speed, efficiency, and a high level of professionalism. From start to finish, communication was timely, clear, and consistent, which made what can typically be a stressful process feel seamless. She stayed on top of every detail, responded quickly to questions, and kept things moving without delays. It’s clear she takes ownership of her role and genuinely cares about delivering results. Highly recommend Brytnie if you want someone who is organized, responsive, and gets things done right the first time with any HOA request within the Summerwood community.

Brytnie provided prompt replies to all of my emails and guided me through the process seamlessly. Thanks to her quick action, my request was proceeded and approved in a single day. I can only speak from my own experience, and I want to be completely transparent. If you are an HOA considering hiring this company, I strongly advise against it. My property manager has completely ghosted me despite repeated, polite requests for an update on a ceiling repair. This repair is necessary because of damage caused by workers they sent. I have been nothing but respectful and courteous in my communications with both Anthony Gaines and his assistant, Jada. The lack of response and accountability has been incredibly disappointing. The way this situation has been handled is unacceptable, unkind, and unprofessional.
