My wife and I were recently selling a house for the first time. Shana was a tremendous help and made the process very comfortable. She provided the market research and helped us determined an asking price. She helped us decide where to put our efforts into prepping the house and connected us with a painting contractor who did a great job at a very reasonable price. Once the house was on the market she had several showings and in a short period of time we sold the house for our asking price. We couldn't be happier and would highly recommend Shana to anyone in need of a real estate agent.

I met Evan through a client of mine who was selling property to him about 10 years ago. That transaction, along with others that followed, were closed without issue. Since then, I have called upon Evan to represent clients of mine in marketing and selling their property. In recent years, Shana has assisted me with property valuations in various files. Both Evan and Shana are knowledgeable and very good at what they do. Without hesitation, I recommend them to others in my practice.

We are renting a house managed by Evan Howell and the entire process has been great. The application and approval were quick, the payment process was extremely convenient and user friendly, and the price for the home is unbelievable. We like cute older homes and the one we are in now has been lovely so far. So far, any maintenance or repair issues we have found have been taken care of within less than 48 hours and Evan has responded to every email and text message generally within two hours. I am highly impressed with what we have seen so far and expect this to continue to be a great experience. In a year’s time when I plan to be looking to buy a home, I’ll likely ask for his assistance finding one.
