My wife and I were recently selling a house for the first time. Shana was a tremendous help and made the process very comfortable. She provided the market research and helped us determined an asking price. She helped us decide where to put our efforts into prepping the house and connected us with a painting contractor who did a great job at a very reasonable price. Once the house was on the market she had several showings and in a short period of time we sold the house for our asking price.
