As part of my standard listing, HS&D provides guidance to the seller to prepare their home to sell. Karen completed a full walk of the home (inside and out) with advice every step of the way. She answered questions and professionally provided options that appeal to the broadest buyer population. Karen's energy and excitement was contagious! Really appreciated that the notes were mailed at the end of the session so we could start working on a specific plan. HS&D also provides full array of services if the seller wants additional help from photo preparation to full staging. I recommend all sellers/agents do this initial review to get the most value for the home.

When I walked into my home after the staging it was like walking into a beautiful model home! Every potential buyer provided positive feedback on the overall clean fresh look. It sold 6 days after it listed!! “Absolutely Gorgeous home!!” Said the buyer!! If you want your home to sell quickly for top asking price then I HIGHLY recommend!!
