We rent our unit from "Flex Space," which is managed by Crown Property Management. Every time I see an email from Crown, I know it's some kind of complaint; they love to complain about the smallest details. BUT! When it's our turn to complain, they ignore our requests. We are actively searching for another building not managed by this group.

Absolutely do not recommend Crown Property Management. After the owners of the home decided to put the home on the market 3 months before our lease was up, we were completely screwed over during the move out process. Having a larger dog, finding a rental is difficult and we had to jump on the first one that would fit our family and accommodate our dog, so we rushed out of the home we were renting from Crown Property Management. We were charged over $600 to repair a few holes from hanging larger items on the walls and then to repaint, which was normal wear and tear. Run far far away from this rental management company.

I rented through crown for a couple years and for the most part they were alright, most of the people I dealt with directly were helpful. But i can’t say it will be a consistent experience for everybody since there are so many people working for them, I’ve heard some horror stories from others. Aside from some annoyances, the experience was mostly fine for the most part, I’m glad I’m done dealing with renting though. Just make sure to do all your research ahead of time, just know they will charge you for most things, and they will raise your rent every year.

This company blows. I was charged for cleaning fees when I left the house cleaner than when I moved into it. Charged for replacing lightbulbs and the HVAC filter when they were replaced the day I moved out and turned in my keys. Gave advanced notice that I would be moving out 20 days before the end of the month and was charged for lawn care and all the bills for the entire month and only credited for 2 days out of the month. I paid on time in full every month took care of every request they ever asked of me. After spending 2 days after vacating all of my belongings to clean and complete everything on their provided checklist only to be charged for everything to be done by them, I wish I could go back and leave it in the same condition it was left in when I moved in.
