⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a great experience interacting with Priscella at Creative Management Company. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. You can immediately tell she takes pride in her work and truly cares about making people feel comfortable and taken care of. Receptionists are often the first impression of a company, and Priscella absolutely sets the bar high. She is organized, attentive, and always greets everyone with a warm smile and positive attitude. Even when things seem busy, she handles everything calmly and efficiently, which really speaks to her professionalism and experience. It’s rare these days to find someone who brings both friendliness and competence to their role the way she does. She makes the entire office feel more inviting and runs the front desk so smoothly that it’s clear she plays a huge part in keeping everything operating well. Creative Management Company is very fortunate to have someone like Priscella representing them. If she’s the first person you meet when you walk in, you already know you’re in good hands. Subject: Resident on Office Staff Dear Management, I would like to recognize Jennifer Duran for the excellent job she does. She is consistently friendly, professional, and responsive. When I call or email, she replies quickly and is always willing to help. Her attitude and reliability make a real difference for residents at the Courtyards. Unfortunately, my experience with Nicole O'Quinn has been the opposite. Phone calls go unanswered and emails or messages are rarely returned. This ongoing lack of communication has been frustrating and unhelpful when I need assistance. I am not the only resident who feels this way. Several people in the community have expressed the same concerns. This role requires someone who is responsive, compassionate, and accountable to the residents they serve. I am writing to express my disappointment with the assistance I received from Nutria Leon regarding my newly purchased condo. Upon purchasing the condo, the previous owners failed to provide the mailbox number, although I do have the key. I currently live out of state, as the property has just undergone renovations and I am now in the process of leasing it. When I reached out to Ms. Leon for assistance with simply obtaining the mailbox number, she advised me to go to the post office. Given that I live out of state, this response was neither helpful nor reasonable. It would have taken very little effort to assist me with just the mailbox number. Instead, her response came across as rude and lacking compassion. This is now the second time within six months that I have requested assistance from Ms. Leon and received minimal to no help. As a homeowner, I expect a reasonable level of support and professionalism when reaching out for assistance with basic matters related to my property. I hope this concern is taken seriously and addressed accordingly.

For last 27 years have this place first 12to 14 years I can say was good maybe did not pay attentions much .now getting worse than ever more expensive and place is getting old and deteriorating even though you well keep inside .management keep changing hardly they answer the phone or will solve any problems. so much assessment fees mostly their negligent example the time of freeze they didn't cover all plants properly on time after time of replacement t come another assessment fees. .but location is great close to every where and our security workers fantastic. hope management instead of just collect money they come and see and take care of what is wrong .
