I got deal with comerica for more than 30 years service are excellent, excellent!! Especially (JOSE BUENCONSEJO JR) AND GELZI ORELLANA) THEY ARE professional, caring, knowledgeable, and great adviser. they go out of their way to help. Iam so difficall and demanding person. so many times call or in person they go out of their way to help. because of them I have all my account with this Comerica Bank kirby dr location. I do highly recommend this Bank with their excellent service And also good interest. This is an EXTREMELY racist branch of Comerica Bank. I went to the Comerica branch on 2575 Kirby Drive with a State of Texas- issued valid check. I have a Comerica Bank account that I have had for almost a decade. I wanted to either deposit or cash my check. First, the teller asked me for both my Comerica ATM card and my State of Texas driver's license, which I gladly provided. Next, she asked me for my mother's maiden last name. I provided that as well. Next, she called the branch manager. Next, she asked me for both my current and last 3 residences. I provided that as well. Next, she wanted to know my son's name. What??? I gave her all of this information from memory. After all of that, her excuse was that she could not let me deposit my check into MY OWN ACCOUNT because it had my name on the check, and not my business name. Please note that my Comerica Bank account is in BOTH my name AND my business name. I have never heard of such bs in my life, and my husband was a Sr. VP of Comerica Bank. I am closing all of my Comerica accounts immediately!
