Update: Project delayed an additional 3 weeks. I have not been favored with a response to my emails. Shane Elam and his team at Colliers caused almost a month of delays for a simple office build out. He does not return calls or emails and routinely cancels or forgets to follow up on his commitments. I reached out to his the Houston office president but he has not responded either. I expected better communication or at minimum meeting your commitments but neither has occurred. Almost 2 months after signing the lease they still haven’t started the work. In addition, they seek to drive up cost to landlord and tenant through constant upselling despite having clear plans as to what was required.
