The most god awful property management group I’ve ever experienced. Can’t landscape. Can’t return calls. Can’t tells us where our money is being spent. It’s a lawsuit in a box. Run for your life lol! Penny Prothro is exceptionally good at ignoring calls from her colleagues and homeowners alike.

Probably the Worst in Texas! This HOA is an embarrassment to what should be a professional organization. Out of nowhere, my automatic payment failed this year — a technical issue on their end. For the last six to seven years, payments went through perfectly without a single problem. Instead of showing basic professionalism, sending an email, letter, or courtesy call, they handed my account straight to an attorney! No warning. No explanation. Nothing! I only found out there was a lien under my name because my wife noticed it! That’s how careless they are. I’ve emailed, called, and followed up more times than I can count. The only people who ever respond are call service reps with no authority, while the ones who can actually help remain completely silent. And here’s the most outrageous part: even though the payment issue was caused by their system, I still paid every single charge; all attorney fees, penalties, and overcharges, yet my account remains locked after nearly a month! Shameful!
