AREA Texas was introduced to me by my Dad. He worked with them for years on his properties and then connected me with them. Since then, I’ve had a great experience with AREA Texas Realty & Management, they’ve been professional, responsive, and I think they are one of the best property management companies in Houston. They respond quickly, resolve issues proactively, and provide a great property management experience that is very worth their affordable rates. One small piece of feedback to improve: since you sell homes too, it would be great to showcase some homes that you have for sale that could be great investments! You get more properties to manage, and investors can increase their portfolio - it is a win/win I’m looking forward to many more years of partnership!

Lived in an AREA Texas rental property in Montrose (Houston), TX for the past 2 years. They were always responsive and fair. Their maintenance technician, Enrique, is a great guy. They were pretty quick to respond to most maintenance requests or any other inquiries. Had no major issues in the 2 years that I lived at their Ralph St. property.
