3:16 Land Surveying

We used 316 Land Survey for a commercial survey and they did an excellent job from start to finish. Very professional communication, quick responses, and extremely kind people. Their pricing was fair, especially for the level of service and attention to detail they provided. Highly recommend!

Sooo glad I chose them. 316 caught a deed issue—missing tract in the legal description—that went all the way back to the 80s and either other title companies or land survey companies missed. They called me about it directly, which I really appreciated, and of course let the title company know. They also updated the new survey for free. Although it was a much longer title curing period, at least it was finally fixed and we could get a clear title. Highly recommend 316 for thoroughness and peace of mind.
