Booked online for a next day shoot. Photographer arrived late, but moved quickly through condo. He generously offered to help apply a discount for the inconvenience, however the owner was unwilling to extend the same offer. Even though it isn’t customary that the company apply discounts for issues like this, I would have appreciated if the owner had been willing to find some middle ground. For this reason, I would not use this company again. Overall, the photos were fine and the booking process is easy. I did have to ask the company to edit the images to reduce the over exposure of light. Note: there were some items that I’d accidentally left out that I wish the photographer could have pointed out and asked me to move / but it all depends on who you get and their level of attention to detail.
